I try to reply to calls and emails within 48 hours (on business days). When I'm in session, I'm 100% focused on the person I'm talking to and my phone is on silent. So don't be alarmed if I'm not able to grab your call! Just make sure to let me know how to reach you, as well as some good or bad times to reach you, and I'll call you back before you know it.

When you come for your first appointment, you'll have a seat in the waiting area and fill out your intake forms if you haven't already done so. I'll come get you when it's time for your appointment.
The appointment will last about 50 minutes, and we'll go over the following:
some basic business and therapy information like confidentiality, payments, etc.
your intake forms
the concerns that have brought you in, to whatever degree you are ready to talk about them
specific hopes or goals for therapy
