Space for you
(as you are)

Therapy and Support
in a sensory-mindful space
for neurodivergence, trauma, chronic health/pain

and, well . . . just life . . .

I invite you to come feel heard, express yourself openly, and get support for wherever you are - even if it feels too small to matter (especially if it feels too small to matter).

Free 15-minute phone consult to ask questions and see if I feel like a great fit to you. Your comfort matters most.

How I Work

Starting therapy can feel very scary. So, I help you use a blend of techniques specially customized to you that prioritize your sense of safety and comfort - all while you strengthen your resiliency and coping skills.

I help you process your emotions and experiences however feels right to you - through your senses, through letting yourself flow creatively, through words and connection, through gently and safely coming alive your lived experience in your body and world.

  • S.A.F.E. EMDR

  • Sandtray techniques

  • Self-expression

  • Somatic expression

  • Grounding & mindfulness

I aim to make your therapy experience a place where you feel safe showing up exactly as you are so you build your courage to show up how you’d like other areas of your life.

Background & Identity

I’m a midwesterner who loves any excuse to be outside. I believe we are strongly connected to nature and that in nature we can better connect to ourselves and the world.

My professional focus has been understanding people and being with them where they are from the get-go, with a B.A. in Psychology from Southern Illinois University & a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The University of Tennessee Chattanooga.

I am a white cisgender woman (she/her). I understand I have many privileges based on my identity. Because of this understanding I am dedicated to both using my privileges to lift up others’ voices and to continuing the lifelong journey of multicultural humility.
